RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

Hanger, LLC prides itself in offering the highest quality, and the latest fashion trends. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please review our store policies.

Approved returns will be refunded in the form of a store credit only, less shipping fees. Any discounts disqualified by the returned item(s) will be deducted from the purchase price of the item(s) returned. (i.e. Orders with free shipping discounts will be charged the shipping fee if item(s) returned disqualifies the order for discount requirements.)

ALL Returns must be received within 7 days after you request and receive a return authorization number.

Return Processing:

Please send a email to info@hangerllc.com and include the Order Number, the Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned and state if the return is for a size exchange, store credit..

Once we have received your package, your item(s) will be inspected and if accepted, a store credit will be processed within 7 business days. You will have 30 days to redeem your store credit once it is issued. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We do not do online order exchanges outside of the (860) area code. Items often times sell out before we receive customer the customers returns and for our records a new order would need to be made.
